A ship named company

It seems the plot of a movie, but unfortunately the harsh reality. These days the record, sheds light on a situation that has long been going on within a company that distributes “cleaner”. Methods that aim to encourage production and annihilate people with performance below average. Companies that build their business through the methodology of Multi level – network marketing, zero loyalty of its employees, with turnover exaggerated such that any way to make widespread distribution of the product.
That is not to assimilate all companies operating in this form, in a single pot, indeed I have in recent years to meet people who actually found their way through the Ml marketing, ethics and professionalism.
I draw inspiration from these news items to go to talk about the figure of the leader, that person thanks to his charisma and his professionalism is able to lead and be the benchmark for a ‘company and / or a working group .

I do not know this if you have those old galleons, where the holds were constipated huge amount of slaves whose job was to row the boat and let go?
Unfortunately many employers still tend to use this method of approach to their team without realizing that the greater the whip, the greater the amount of people remeranno However, until risk of mutiny.

Today we look at the “ship company” in a different context, as a fantastic cruise ship. Beautiful, impressive and with a precise route, which translated into business terms means, with its image, its brand, a prominent position on the market in which it operates, with clear objectives and shared with the team.

What is the universe in which the world revolves company, through which channels communicate its presence? Who should compare? Who is accountable? What are the essential elements that can live, grow and leave a sign of its existence? So how to create wealth?

* Market
* Competition
* Investments
* Customers
* Projects
* Objectives
* Staff / staff

These are just some of the issues, considering our company as a magnificent ship, the sea represents the market.
The contractor is the master of this ship, his task is to stay at the helm, to follow the route, coordinating their crew. The commander must have the opportunity and the duty to:
- To visit with passengers (customers)
- Motivate and make its presence crew on board (company-employed)
- Liaise with the outside world (suppliers – partners)
- And if necessary they can make a sound nap knowing that his place is someone who can follow the route (the ability to delegate).
When we look at a ship in the sea, do we see?
Surely what is in our eye can see, then the party emerged, while below the waterline are the engines, turbines, the heart of the ship, which pushes toward its goal. The part that we do not see the submerged part, intangible, the true productive value of a company are the people who are part of the engine, the driving force.
